I recently had the good fortune to deliver a presentation on omni channel marketing for CNW and the┬áCanadian Marketing Association. In it I talked about how important it is to have a consistent and seamless experience for your end customers regardless of how many channels you’re on, whether you’re a B2c or B2B company, a massive multi-national brand or smaller start up.
